Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Director of IT & Information Security.
The Technical Support position plays an integral role in the proper maintenance, deployment, and procurement of Birchwood Automotive Group hardware and related items. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day to day hardware and software installation and support to Birchwood automotive facilities regarding PC’s, laptops, printers, and other technologies. The Technical Support will be responsible for investigating and addressing IT/System issues for all Birchwood Business Units in multiple locations. In addition, this role is also responsible for user management of various enterprise applications, such as Active Directory, Dealer Management Systems, and various other applications requiring authentication.
