Skills and Qualities for Success
- Proficiency in B2B business development and/or technical solution sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relations skills.
- Advanced spoken and written English to communicate with our English‑speaking customers.
- Availability to travel 25–35% of the time in Canada and the United States.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development.
Assets That Will Strengthen Your Impact
- Valid passport and driver's license without restrictions.
- Relevant experience with CRM (Salesforce).
- Relevant experience in the industrial, agricultural, and/or motorsports fields.
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Technical knowledge of plastics and rubber.
- University or technical degree in engineering or other relevant field.
