Overview

We're seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in UI development oversight to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact digital projects. You'll be responsible for driving programs from concept to execution, ensuring alignment across development, design, and business teams. This role is remote, but collaboration is key—you'll lead regular status meetings, manage timelines and tools, and report directly to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the program lead for UI development-focused projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality front-end experiences
• Oversee day-to-day activities of designers and developers, helping manage priorities and unblock teams
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs, sprints, documentation, and status updates
• Create and present executive-level reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on project health, team velocity, blockers, and forecasts
• Lead project planning, scoping, scheduling, and execution tracking
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define clear deliverables and timelines
• Drive forecasting and resource planning to optimize team efficiency and support business objectives
