What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow and maintain Henkel’s General Industrial Adhesive Technologies business within designated territory
- Prospect for new business opportunities at existing and targeted OEM/MRO accounts
- Develop and implement Territory Business Plans to ensure market growth
- Conduct training sessions and seminars for customers and distribution channel partners
- Provide feedback to the marketing department to meet market needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-Secondary Education required; University Degree preferred
- Must live within the geographic core of the territory
- Previous industrial sales experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity about manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in distribution channel management
- Knowledge of local and key accounts within the territory
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
