What will your typical day look like?

The Technical CRMR Manager is a multifaceted leadership role responsible for overseeing the technical operations and output of the Cybersecurity Risk Management and Reporting (CRMR) team. This includes providing expert technical guidance, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of reporting and data extraction services, and managing projects to meet stakeholder or business needs. The role fosters a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical expert for the service, providing guidance on complex technical issues related to data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI), scripting languages (e.g. Python), databases (e.g. Azure SQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and SIEM (e.g. Splunk).
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative technical solutions to address CRMR challenges.
  • Champion data governance practices to ensure accuracy, integrity, and proper handling of sensitive information in alignment with Deloitte policies.
  • Implement appropriate methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile) and best practices to deliver technical outputs that meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the technical reporting service (CSMA), ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports/data extracts to clients or stakeholders on the first attempt.
  • Define and implement service level agreements (SLAs) for the reporting service with emphasis on first-time accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements to maximize efficiency and output quality; identify and implement tools and technologies to streamline operations and minimize errors.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to process improvement using metrics and feedback to inform decisions.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, with eligibility for a bonus program.
