WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The Team Lead supports store operations and motivates the sales team to exceed goals. Reporting to the Store Manager, they assist in coverage during absences and model exceptional customer service to foster a positive in-store environment.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of retail apparel experience; luxury retail experience is a plus
  • Proven leadership in sales teams and peer recognition as a leader
  • Experience with POS management, banking procedures, and reporting
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Self-motivated and collaborative
  • Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends, holidays, and closing shifts

  • Work with management to implement strategies that improve results and store operations
