A leading educational support organization is seeking a dedicated SEN/Alternative Provision Teacher to support children with learning difficulties in Surrey. You will create personalized educational plans and foster a nurturing environment. Ideal candidates will possess Qualified Teacher Status, have a minimum of two years' teaching experience, and a passion for helping students thrive. Job Title: SEN/ Alternative Provision Teacher
Location: Surrey and surrounding areas
Pay: £30-£35 per hour, PAYE
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours: 9:00 am-4:30 pm (flexible working)
Contract: Permanent

As a SEN/ Alternative Provision Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with a range of learning difficulties, disabilities, or additional needs. You will plan and deliver tailored lessons, adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles, and work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that helps each pupil reach their full potential.
