About the Team & Business Line:

About You:

  • Qualified degree, preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Financial Services. Exposure to FATCA & CRS regulations is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with Citco core systems across Hedge, Private Equity, Real Assets, Corporate Services, Fund Accounting, or Investor Relations platforms is advantageous.

Your Role:

  • Maintain AEOI data for entities within the client corporate structure.
  • Manage daily operations related to account holder documentation processes.
  • Support AEOI tax information analysis and XML file submissions.
  • Handle client queries promptly, providing excellent service.
  • Stay informed about AEOI regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with remote teams, providing updates and escalating issues as needed.
  • Manage local AEOI portal registration, de-registration, communication, and troubleshooting.
  • Research and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
