Responsibilities
  • Own the hiring process: Manage 3 roles each month across Tech (Software Engineers, Product Managers) and Operations (Financial Analysts, Marketing Specialists) teams.
  • Strategic partnership: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering high-quality candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Source and engage talent: Use creative strategies to find, screen, and engage active and passive candidates, prioritizing a great candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Partner with stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, write clear job descriptions, and guide them through the recruitment process.
  • Boost our process: Coach interviewers on best practices and help improve how we assess talent to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Keep things tidy: Maintain data integrity in Lever, track performance metrics, and provide timely updates to everyone involved.
  • Be a brand ambassador: Represent Zensurance positively in every interaction and at external events to promote our employer brand.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience: 3 years of internal or agency recruitment experience, focusing on Operations and Tech roles.
  • Strong results: Background in full-cycle recruitment, including strong sourcing chops and meaningful time-to-hire results.
  • Candidate focus: Commitment to candidate experience, ensuring every candidate has a great interaction from first contact to final offer.
  • Communication style: Strong communication and creative sourcing skills, telling a compelling story about Zensurance that excites candidates.
  • Data smart: Understanding of funnel metrics, hiring trends, and the ability to use insights to influence and improve strategies.
  • Relationship building: Top-notch relationship building, trusted partner to hiring managers and advocate for inclusive hiring practices.
  • Organizational skills: Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recruitment tools: Experience with Lever or similar ATS; familiar with tools like Metaview to coach and improve interviews.
