We’reseeking a Talent & Culture Specialist to play a hands‑on role within our growing People & Culture function. In this role,you’llhandle full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to clarify needs, move searches forward, and guide candidates through the hiring journey from first conversation through onboarding.
You’llbe expected tomaintainstrong follow-through and momentum across recruitment efforts, taking initiative to keep searches moving and continuously improve how we hire. As you work across teams,you’llbuild strong working relationships with hiring managers and develop your ability to influence, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
You’reparticularly energized by the opportunity to explore how traditional recruiting practices can be improved through the practical use of AI-powered tools and data.You’recomfortable tryingnew approaches, learning quickly from what works (and whatdoesn’t), and proactivelyidentifyingways to improve sourcing, screening, feedback timelines, and candidate communication. Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Canada, the US, and the UK, supporting the process from sourcing through onboarding while delivering a consistent, values-aligned candidate experience. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, coordinate interviews, and support fair, well-informed hiring decisions using structured processes and data whereappropriate. Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders,representingAgility’s culture and ensuring every interaction reflects our values of collaboration, integrity, and curiosity. Use existing and help explore new AI-enabled tools and recruitment analytics to support sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement, translating insights into practical improvements in how we hire. Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through networking, social media, and proactive outreach, positioning Agility PR Solutions as an inclusive employer of choice. Support job posting development, onboarding coordination, and market research related to compensation and role design, ensuring alignment with internal practices and company culture. Partner with HR colleagues on initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention, contributing to a connected and thriving workplace culture. Provide support on generalist HR activities such as onboarding administration, policy updates, employee communications, and engagement initiatives. Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), support reporting needs, and identify opportunities where automation or process improvements could add value. Represent Agility PR Solutions at employment events and within professional communities to strengthen brand awareness and foster new talent relationships. Contribute ideas and support to broader People & Culture projects, with a focus on continuous improvement, learning, and practical impact. Other duties as required.
Compensation for this role is expected to fall within the range of $60,000–$75,000 annually. The final offer will reflect each candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
