A leading financial institution in Toronto is hiring a T&O Real Estate Project Manager. This role involves managing complex real estate projects, ensuring successful project delivery while minimizing disruption. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in project management and corporate real estate knowledge. Manages the planning, organization and implementation of projects. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.
The T&O Real Estate Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of real estate projects, including planning, design, occupancy, and relocation of employees, equipment, and assets to new or renovated spaces, ensuring successful project delivery and minimal disruption to business operations through coordination with internal stakeholders, CRE, external vendors, and contractors.
