JOB DESCRIPTION

The Ubisoft IT Department is looking for aSystem Administratorwho will provide second-level support to all Ubisoft employees and partners.

AsaSystemAdminstratorof the command center, you willbe responsible fortracking incidents and following up on user requests.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service,learning aboutnewtechnologiesand cross-team coordination.You’llbe a keyplayer in ensuringpositive andsolid communication between the various IT teams, Ubisoftemployees

Responsibilities

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues,requestsand incidents,of varying complexity;
  • Coordinate withour internal teamsandfacilitatehigh-priority incident resolution by engaging a variety of supportteams;
  • Escalatesupport requests to administrators based on priorities andsupport requirements;
  • Inform customers on the status of their requestsand follow other operational standardsaccording to the Service Level Objectives (SLO);
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses tointernalcustomer contacts(phone calls, emails,internal messaging systems);
  • Ensurea high levelof service and follow up withinternalcustomers to ensure theirsatisfaction;
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previousexperiencesupporting IT technologies of various nature;
  • Knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory& Azure, and LinuxServers;
  • Knowledge of network& infrastructuretechnologies (Firewall, Proxy, DNS);
  • Previousknowledge of Service Now; Otherticketing systems andbasic understanding ofITILconcepts;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solvingskills;
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a constantly evolving IT environment;Demonstrateenthusiasmand curiositytowards new technologies;
  • Exceptionalinterpersonal skills; Experience in customer service and the ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
