Overview

British Swim School Brampton is looking for a few good swimming instructors who love working with kids and adults. Our program focuses on teaching water safety and survival in a fun, gentle environment. We offer a year‑round program in a boutique swim school setting.

We are seeking an outstanding individual to teach life‑saving and stroke development skills and to help create a positive impact in our local community.

Responsibilities

• Teach water safety, survival skills, and stroke development to individuals of all ages (including babies as young as three months old).
• Maintain a fun, engaging classroom environment and adapt to the needs of a smaller, boutique swim school.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver structured, paid training and support students and parents.

Qualifications

• Strong swimming skills with the ability to demonstrate all four strokes.
• Reliable, punctual, focused, nurturing, and energetic with a clear sense of fun.
• Previous experience with children is an asset; Bronze Cross or National Lifeguard Certification is an asset.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; year‑round commitment.

Note: This is a permanent part‑time position. We are seeking applicants willing to work a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends) with a year‑round commitment to the position. Compensation: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour.
