Job summary

A local swimming organization in Penticton seeks a motivated coach who will develop competitive schedules, implement training sessions, and prepare athletes for events. The ideal candidate should hold a Level 1 Certificate in Coaching and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include evaluating performance and participating in coaching clinics. This full-time position includes travel, and employers will cover travel expenses.
