The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma, interest in Geomatics, and strong communication skills. Certification in First Aid, H2S, or CSTS is required. who, ideally, has past experience in the Survey industry and has a desire to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company.

The Work:

• Assist with the work of surveying oilfield and construction sites in Western Canada.
• Willing and able to travel as shift work may last up to 21 days.
• Take direction and instruction from the Crew Chief.
• Maintain a safe work environment, and awareness of safety issues.
• Perform a variety of survey-related tasks such as use and/or maintenance of GPS equipment, ongoing survey data collection, and other duties as directed by the Crew Chief.
• Building a team environment through high-quality communication skills with trades, staff, and clients.

What you bring to the table:

• A High School Diploma, and an interest in the Geomatics industry.
• Post-secondary Geomatics education is an asset.
• Familiarity with the work of a survey crew.
• Experience working in outdoor bush conditions as well as industrial construction sites.
• Certification in First Aid, H2S, CSTS, or equivalent.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Ability to provide a passing drug and alcohol test result upon request.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with riding ATV and snowmobiles.
