A community support organization is seeking Support Workers in Southwestern Ontario. You'll play a crucial role in helping individuals with disabilities achieve their life goals through daily support and community engagement. Ideal candidates should possess well-developed interpersonal skills and have a clear understanding of working with diverse individuals. A Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification is a plus. This role offers competitive hourly rates and various employee benefits, including salary packaging and discounts from major retailers.

Hourly Range: $27.35 to $34.78 (plus Super plus NFP Salary Packaging)
