Role & Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory systems
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials or products for production or shipment
  • Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist with audits
  • Maintain organized and clean storage areas and warehouses
  • Update and maintain documentation related to supply chain activities (shipping logs, inventory reports, order confirmations, etc.)
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned or required to support Supply Chain
  • Follow and maintain policies and procedures required by AS9100 standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic data entry and computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts)
  • Reliability is a must, willingness to learn and adapt to new requirements and environments
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Willing and able to follow required policies (i.e, Drug Testing, etc. as required)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in OSHA 10 General Industry
  • Certification in Inventory Management
  • forklift certification and/or experience
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or just-in-time (JIT) inventory practices
