The mission of the Supply Chain Engineering Department is to architect a resilient Supply Chain network that enables business scalability for today and tomorrow.

You will play a pivotal role in managing the corrective and preventative service and maintenance of our equipment. THE ROLE

As the Manager, Service & Maintenance - Supply Chain Engineering, you will lead the team to:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Integrate business requirements into facility designs and plans.
  • Evaluate, select, integrate, and support the maintenance of best fit equipment within our Supply Chain network.
  • Engage in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions within our Supply Chain network.
  • Equip our people with simple, effective, and consistent technical processes.
THE QUALIFICATIONS

Th e Manager, Service & Maintenance - Supply Chain Engineering has :

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in a supply chain technical engineering environment, working with robotics, MDR conveyors, sorters, spirals, packaging equipment, automation software and sensors, AMRs/AGVs, Linux, and related data analytics preferably with GreyOrange.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $ 100,000 -$ 170,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
