Could you be the full-time Supply Chain Manager in Toronto, ON we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team of professionals.
You'll play a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery of materials and products for one of Canada’s largest public transit transformation projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Installation, and Project Managers), and ensure quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments are met, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of project-specific product deliveries and material management, but also manage industrial processes and mitigate risks. You'll oversee and manage a team of Project Material Managers, Material Planners and Industrial Planners.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing industrial scope and E2E material flow for the project
Set up & Synchronize Supply Chain processes vs Industrial requirements
Ensuring alignment with procurement strategies and project objectives
Collaborating on the industrialization of logistics flows to optimize lead times
Driving demand to Industrial Operations and ensuring timely material and product delivery
Preparing and following up on the supply chain budget
Deploying supply chain strategy on-site using standard processes
Animating performance KPIs to ensure operational excellence
Ensuring employees operate in an environment that complies with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies

A degree in Engineering prefreed, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain including materials planning, supplier performance, inventory management, industrial planning, logistics, project management, sourcing, or engineering roles
Knowledge of supply chain strategy deployment, Lean Manufacturing principles, and QCDE (Quality Cost Delivery Environment Health & Safety) practices
Expereince working with ERP solutions (SAP preferred), data quality management, and inventory processes
Ability to manage budgets and financial reconciliations effectively
Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance in an industrial environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of product/system technical requirements and project management practices
Strong communication and organizational skills
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
