Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  2. Monitor and optimize inventory levels using data analysis.
  3. Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to meet business goals.
  4. Maintain supplier documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  5. Assist with indirect purchasing and manage Trading At Settlement (TAS) orders.
  6. Monitor supplier KPIs and foster strong supplier relationships.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the order-to-cash process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement, planning, inventory, or supply chain roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
  • ERP experience, preferably SAP.
  • Experience in the chemical industry is a plus.
