We are currently looking for Supervisor of Recreational Programming and Day Camps to join our team of committed professionals. This Full-Time position within the Association is housed at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario’s Durham location in Sudbury.
Under the leadership of the Branch Manager of Health and Wellness, the Supervisor of Recreational Programming and Day Camps is responsible for coordinating the operation of programs and services in the Recreation department including day camp, afterschool programming, Youth Drop-in Center and off-site community initiatives. The role is responsible for program supervision and development, quality assurance, special events, scheduling, human resource management, meeting financial targets and managing within the department budget, and staff and volunteer development according to YMCA policies, procedures, and standards.
START DATE: As Soon As Possible
RATE OF PAY: $50,000 - $56,000 / yearly
