A telecommunications construction leader seeks an experienced Superintendent in Milton, Ontario, to oversee field operations for fibre to the premise projects. Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, managing subcontractors, and leading project teams to successful completion. The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years of telecom construction experience and strong organizational and leadership skills. This position offers a competitive salary between $88,000 and $121,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
You are an experienced Superintendent in the province of Ontario, with an expertise in telecommunication and or utility construction. You are responsible for day-to-day field operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. As the Fibre to the Premise Superintendent, you will also be ensuring safety and quality control. Throughout the project, you will be responsible for working directly with the contractors on their delivery of telecom services.

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
