Responsibilities

• Soutient le Coach Principal dans la mise en œuvre des plans quotidiens.
• Supervise et engage positivement les enfants tout au long de la journée.

Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and child-focused individuals to join our seasonal coaching staff across multiple locations. Whether you're an aspiring coach, a student in education or kinesiology, or simply someone who enjoys working with kids, this is a rewarding opportunity to be part of an exciting and impactful program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the organization and delivery of daily basketball drills, games, and activities
• Support the Lead Coach in implementing daily practice plans
• Supervise and positively engage with children throughout the day
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and energetic camp environment
• Set up equipment and prepare the camp space each morning by 8:30 AM
• Wear provided IBSA coaching gear at all times during camp hours

Qualifications:

• Must be punctual, dependable, and comfortable leading groups of children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic attitude
• Experience working with children is preferred
• Basketball knowledge or playing experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be available for the full duration of camp programming
• Must have reliable transportation to your assigned camp location
