Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of Agriculture.
• Highly self‐motivated, organized and detail oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Students or graduates focusing on Agronomy, Plant Science or Soil Science.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Agriculture background is considered an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crop input retail activities.
• Scout crops for weeds, disease, and insects.
• Soil & tissue testing.
• Assist with the purchase, storage and shipping of grain.
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to farm customers.
