A leading educational institution in Calgary seeks a Student Financial Administrator to manage student admissions' financial processes. Responsibilities include conducting financial interviews and providing accurate information on loans and payment plans. Ideal candidates should have 2+ years in customer service or finance, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate over the phone. This position offers a competitive salary starting from $47,000 and benefits including health care and paid time off.
In this position, you will play a key role in our student admissions process by conducting financial interviews, explaining financial options and completing required documentation. Reporting to the Lead, Student Finance Administrator, the Student Financial Administrator is a friendly, positive and energetic professional who demonstrates prompt contact and follow-through, knowledgeable responses and respectful interactions.
The Student Financial Administrator has strong interpersonal skills, a pleasant telephone voice, and ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines. Emphasis is placed on quality and compliance in the accurate completion of documentation and reporting as part of the College’s Admissions process.
