Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural design and development of aerospace components and assemblies in compliance with industry standards and airworthiness requirements.
- Work extensively on Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes, ensuring timely execution and documentation of design modifications.
- Create, update, and review 3D models and 2D drawings using tools such as CATIA V5 and ENOVIA/PLM systems.
- Perform detailed design modifications using CATIA V5.
- Support design integration with stress, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams.
- Conduct design reviews, tolerance stack-up analysis, and maintain accurate design documentation.
- Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles in designs and drawings to ensure manufacturability and assembly accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to provide engineering solutions for issues raised during manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
- Manage data and workflows through ENOVIA PLM.
- Ensure all design changes meet aerospace standards and customer expectations.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality and schedule targets.
