🔧 Structural Steel Fitters – Day & Night Shifts Available (Nisku/Edmonton)

Are you a layout expert who thrives on the precision of structural steel? We are looking for 8 skilled Fitters to join a high‑production shop in the Nisku area. With projects booked solid through 2027, this is the long‑term stability you’ve been looking for.

While welding is part of the role, we are specifically looking for "Fit‑First" mentalities—pros who can take a complex blueprint and turn a pile of steel into a perfectly aligned masterpiece.

🕒 Available Shifts & Openings

We are currently looking to fill the following slots:

  • Day Shift (2 Openings):
    Mon - Thurs: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:45 PM
  • Night Shift (6 Openings):
    Mon - Thurs: 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Includes a $3/hr premium boost!)

Responsibilities
  • Fitting & Welding: Structural steel (beams, columns, balconies, etc.).
  • Blueprint Mastery: Reading shop drawings and putting them into action.
  • Assembly: Tack welding and helping move projects through the production line.
  • Innovation: Using both manual and robotic welders (we’ll train you on the tech).
  • Safety: Keeping a "safety first" mindset within a close‑knit team.
