Role

Looking for a Structural Engineer with expertise in Static Linear-NonLinear Analysis, Dynamic Modal-Transient-Random-Harmonic Analysis and Fatigue Damage–Life Estimation calculations to support Rolling Stock structural design. Engineer will be embedded with a cross‑functional team in St-Bruno, delivering engineering reports and calculations aligned with North American rail standards and Quality processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Static, Dynamic and Fatigue structural calculations using Hypermesh for meshing and Optistruct for analysis.
  • Prepare and release calculation reports and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with customer project specific methodology and rail standards.
  • Align with customer engineering process & quality assurance requirements.
  • Implement formal deliverable protocols and change control procedures.
  • Support workload planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Provide weekly status reports and participate in team meetings.
Required Qualifications
