The Strategy Operations team is looking for a well-rounded, seasoned strategist with a passion for strategy facilitation and articulation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the TELUS Digital Quality, Agent Experience & Revenue strategy and governance within the TELUS Consumer Solutions (TCS) Top Programs. You will partner with leaders across all levels within the organization to shape and articulate strategy into operational plans. This includes developing program updates, financial and sales performance reviews, and supporting ad hoc executive communications.
As the Sr. Strategy Enablement Manager - AI COE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, articulating, and operationalizing strategy within TELUS Consumer Solutions\' (TCS) Top Programs. This highly visible role requires you to establish governance frameworks, facilitate strategic planning, and translate complex insights into clear, outcome-driven action plans. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive accountability, oversee program performance, and deliver executive-ready communications.
This role is ideal for a seasoned strategist with strong business acumen, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
