Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing research (either ‘vendor side’ or ‘client side’).
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong analytic and statistical skills to extract insights from complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support online communities of DAFgiving360 clients.
• Collaborate closely with the DAFgiving360 organization and external vendors.
• Enhance the Platform and create better client experiences.
