Working with fellow experts, the focus is researching new and upcoming areas of technology as well as strategic planning to help achieve long term vision of Huawei. This department offers a unique opportunity to leverage both technical and business skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional cooperation ecosystems by expanding and maintaining partnerships with academic institutions, fostering a healthy local collaboration environment, and promoting ongoing cooperation between Huawei and key strategic resources.
• Build a regional cooperation resource pool by expanding high-quality collaboration resources to match the company’s needs, while tracking the latest academic technology trends and identifying innovative ideas for potential cooperation.
• Ensure compliance in regional cooperation projects by identifying and effectively managing compliance risks, adapting cooperation processes to local requirements, and supporting the lawful and compliant operation of collaboration activities.

Qualifications
