SCHEDULE: Full Time

LOCATION: Mirabel (YMX)

DEPARTMENT: Maintenance

SALARY: Up to $32.35/h

Nolinor is looking for a Storekeeper to fill the evening shift position. This person will report to the Director of Supply Chain and will contribute directly to ensuring the continuity of operations during the evening shift.

As a Storekeeper, you are a key link between maintenance teams, suppliers and inventory control systems. You ensure that everything moving in and out of Nolinor’s supply chain meets the highest standards of quality, traceability and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Receiving & Inventory Control :

  • Receive, inspect, identify, and store aeronautical parts, components, tools and materials;
  • Perform inventory transactions in computerized systems;
  • Ensure proper labeling, accuracy and full traceability of all items.

Maintenance Operations Support :

  • Prepare and issue parts and tools required by maintenance and production teams;
  • Track parts sent to or returned from repair and overhaul (R&O);
  • Support smooth handovers between day and evening shifts.

Quality, Compliance & Safety :

  • Identify, report, and document discrepancies, non-conforming parts, or missing documentation;
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage and quarantine areas;
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory adjustments;
  • Apply all internal procedures, SQMS / SMS and health & safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience in warehousing, stores, aviation or a technical environment (strong asset);
  • High level of accuracy, organization and attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working with computerized inventory systems;
  • Ability to work independently on an evening shift;
  • Professional, reliable and quality-focused mindset.
