Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager, the Store Manager leads a collaborative leadership team to drive store profitability and operational excellence. This role oversees Gross Margin, Payroll, Inventory Management, and Loss Control, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and a vibrant workplace culture. You’ll monitor financial performance, manage resources efficiently, develop and mentor your team, and create a shopping environment that delights customers every day. Beyond the numbers, you’ll bring a passion for integrity, sustainability, innovation, and positivity—always choosing what is right, not what is easy.
