A leading retail company in Canada is seeking an experienced retail manager to oversee customer service, operations, and team development. The role requires 3-5 years of retail management experience and exceptional communication and organizational skills. Candidates must demonstrate a results-driven approach and the ability to coach and mentor team members effectively. Our typical hiring range is between $61,600 and $92,400. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
