A global retail company in Peel Region, Mississauga is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in management, a relevant degree, and strong problem-solving skills. This role offers a competitive salary range of $61,000 to $85,000 with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and employee discounts.
ABOUT THE POSITION
With over 430 retail stores worldwide, our Store Leadership Teams are essential to our business. They ensure effective store operations, guide and develop team members, and create memorable customer experiences, supporting the company's mission of Connecting Active People with Their Passions.
As the Store Manager, you will lead a team of store leaders and associates to deliver engaging customer experiences, drive sales, and execute marketing strategies that expand our customer base. You will understand the store's customer base and communicate product needs to influence product assortment. You will plan and direct daily store operations, maintain high standards, foster a positive environment, forecast staffing needs, and develop recruiting strategies. Additionally, you will develop diverse associates and leaders to achieve career and company goals.

The environment is often active and physically demanding, requiring movement, lifting items up to 40 lbs., and exposure to dust and noise. Occasional work in place may be required.
