• Totally Raw is currently looking to hire a Full-Time Retail Manager for our Akerley location.

Primary Responsibilities :

Customer service, including educating customers on the principles of natural feeding (we train you!). Helping customers choose the best options for their pets.

Process purchases, payments, and returns.

Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.

Represent Totally Raw Pet Food’s brand, vision, and high standards of quality products and service.

Available evenings and weekends.

Qualifications :

Previous retail or related customer-facing experience required.

Previous experience in a managerial role is considered an asset.

Team player who can solve problems and address customers’ questions & concerns.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Basic computer skills, e.g., POS.

Knowledge and experience working in the pet industry are an asset.

Applicants should have reliable transportation.
