The Hyatt Regency Vancouver is seeking a talented, customer service oriented and dedicated Part-Time Supervisor to join our Starbucks Team. This role supports service at the Starbucks located in the hotel lobby and is a fast-paced position requiring constant guest interaction and cash-handling responsibilities.
The Starbucks Supervisor supports daily operations through strong, hands-on leadership while ensuring exceptional service quality. This role is critical to the success of the outlet, maintaining high standards in product quality, guest experience, and colleague engagement. Key responsibilities include supervising the hotel’s Starbucks in collaboration with Food & Beverage leadership, supporting training and development, coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding service, and maintaining a high-energy, professional presence. The Supervisor provides direction, scheduling support, and feedback, while demonstrating strong communication skills and fundamental food and beverage knowledge to uphold service and quality standards.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
