About this Team

This role is part of our Analytics & Data Science team. Being Data Driven is a core value of Super.com and this team plays a huge part in this. We are long time advocates and users of Snowflake, DBT & Amplitude. This isn’t a place where we are convincing the business the value of data, or just using these tools for the first time. We have maturity in our technical practices, launch a new experiment every day, and are looking for teammates to roll up their sleeves and do high quality data work.

About this Role

Our data analysts are embedded team members, and work alongside PMs, software engineers and designers in our mission aligned team (MAT) model. This allows our team members to gain deep experience and context into specific business problems and verticals to grow quickly to become subject matter experts. This position offers a dynamic and impactful opportunity to assume ownership of your work as you conduct in-depth analyses and productionize your work. We are specifically hiring to grow and expand our marketing analytics techniques.

What you’ll be working on

  • Coaching growth marketing stakeholders on effective channel measurement techniques, setting organizational standards, and developing measurement playbooks and tools
  • Overseeing and evolving event tracking best practices to capture issues or errors, collaborating closely with engineers responsible for event tracking implementation
  • Designing and implementing scalable experimentation frameworks (geo-lift tests, holdout groups, incrementality tests) to measure the causal impact of marketing efforts
  • Defining, refining, and evolving channel-specific KPIs and metrics that align with broader business goals and marketing strategies
  • Translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations through dashboards and presentations for marketing leaders
  • Autonomously identifying business challenges that have impactful data solutions and building the right solutions to address them

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Science, with experience on growth & marketing analytics
  • Previous experience implementing marketing & product analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Singular etc)
  • Knowledge and experience of modern marketing measurement: marketing mix modelling (MMM), marketing attribution & incrementality testing to determine channel efficiency
  • Expert level SQL and proficient with Python for data science
  • Bias to action to dive into the data to find a solution to business problems without direct guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to partner with business leads to identify analytics opportunities and communicate complex results simply

Compensation

Salary range: $141,000 - $206,000 USD; as a remote-first organization we use benchmarking data reflective of geographical areas to ensure our compensation package is competitive based on where you reside. Your Talent Acquisition partner will confirm which range applies to your location as part of the hiring process.Canada: Tier 1: 148,000 - 178,000 CAD (Greater Toronto Area, Metro Vancouver) and Tier 2: 141,000 - 170,000 CAD (all other regions). USA: 155,000 - 206,000 USD.
