Job Description

The purpose of this role lead and execute the growth strategy and management of the SFJ joint venture. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the business in Canada including operations, JV management, and network growth. The role is accountable for full P&L ownership and will lead a field-based team in Canada.

Essential Functions
  1. Provide overall leadership and accountability for network growth, and JV partnership in Canada.
  2. Execute company’s growth plan, including new sites, network expansions, and market penetration.
  3. Partner with real estate and development teams to identify, evaluate, and execute new site opportunities.
  4. Ensure alignment of JV partner alignment on initiatives.
  5. Represent the joint venture’s brand and leadership values in internal and external relationships.
  6. Model behaviors that support Pilot Flying J’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
  7. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required · MBA preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
