  • Liaise directly with Customer Service to manage orders that cannot be consolidated, coordinate delivery appointments, and manually allocate inventory when necessary to improve supply chain velocity and ensure on-time shipments.
  • Collaborate with onsite operations teams to maintain high inventory accuracy by managing warehouse goods receipts, monitoring aged shipments, and investigating receipt discrepancies.
  • Work with 3PL personnel to conduct investigations or verifications requested by Customer Service, Sales, Quality, or Engineering, including coordinating special selections, product availability checks, and quarantine management.
  • Partner with 3PL Operations and Quality teams to investigate customer quality issues, perform root cause analyses, and communicate corrective actions to Kohler Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Lead daily stand‑up meetings with cross‑functional teams including Transportation, Warehouse Operations, Customer Service (as needed), and other Supply Chain teams. These meetings will serve as a critical forum for collaboration, issue resolution, risk mitigation and alignment on shifting priorities and expectations for floor‑level execution.
  • Generate and distribute monthly inventory‑related KPI reports, including metrics on inventory accuracy, cycle count performance, SAP data alignment, inventory levels, and pending inbound deliveries.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support leadership decision‑making and cross‑functional initiatives
  • Support special projects as required.
