Responsibilities
  • Lead Security Awareness Strategy: Drive the execution of a global security and privacy awareness program to cultivate a strong security culture.
  • Manage Phishing Simulations: Design, implement, and analyze a simulated phishing program to measure effectiveness and inform future training.
  • Develop & Oversee Training: Create and manage engaging security, privacy, and role-based compliance training, ensuring alignment with regulations.
  • Implement Global Engagement: Execute global security engagement initiatives, adapting content for diverse audiences.
  • Innovate with Gamification: Create and implement gamified programs to enhance learning and participation.
  • Produce Engaging Content: Develop diverse resources like newsletters, global communications, and event materials using video, audio, and print.
  • Maintain InfoSec Intranet: Own and update the Information Security intranet page, making it a central, user-friendly resource.
  • Manage Cloudera Policies: Oversee and evolve the organization's Cloudera policy framework, ensuring security alignment and compliance.
  • Measure Program Effectiveness: Establish metrics and report on awareness program and phishing simulation effectiveness to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Partner with IT, Legal, HR, and other teams to integrate security awareness initiatives.
  • Stay Current: Continuously update knowledge on cybersecurity threats and awareness methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Communications, Marketing, UX, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in cybersecurity awareness, security training, or engagement.
  • Proven experience designing and managing comprehensive security awareness programs, including phishing simulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear, compelling content across various media.
  • Experience managing intranet or internal communications platforms.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, privacy regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for cybersecurity education.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Some experience and / or familiarity with developing and tracking metrics and KPIs related to training completion and phishing proneness within KnowBe4.
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
