A leading logistics company is looking for a delivery associate to operate vehicles for package delivery and mentor hourly employees. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and at least one year of courier experience. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills are necessary. This role requires the ability to lift heavy packages and provides opportunities for sales generation.
This is an interview position. To operate company vehicles and provide efficient delivery and pickup of packages in a floating capacity for a minimum of 15 routes, not on an assigned regular route. To model the way for hourly employees by mentoring and demonstrating leadership, communication and conflict resolution using Best Practices methods. Promotes continued sales and generates potential incremental revenue wherever possible.
