Reporting to the Marketing Director - CMH, the Senior Brand Manager - CMH will be accountable for ensuring pre‑launch milestones are being met to enable our successful launch in chronic weight management (CWM) or Diabetes.
You will play a critical role in developing the launch plans; from thought leader engagement, environmental shaping, go to market strategy, consumer activation and other deliverables related to the launch. You will work closely with global, International Business Unit (IBU), and local cross functional teams to lead the development and implementation of our launch plans, brand strategy and tactics.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $68,250 - $158,400.
Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a pension plan; vacation benefits; eligibility for healthcare benefits; flexible benefits (if applicable) life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well‑being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).
