Position Overview

As a Spray Foam Assistant, you’ll support our technicians on job sites with setup, cleanup, equipment handling, and day-to-day labour tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the trades and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry. We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to grow into a certified technician role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading/unloading tools, materials, and spray foam equipment
• Help prepare job sites (masking, taping, sealing, organizing)
• Support the lead technician during insulation application
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with minor maintenance or troubleshooting of equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
• Communicate clearly with team members on site

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labour, construction, or trades is an asset
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working at heights, in attics, or tight spaces
• Mechanically inclined is a bonus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
• Valid driver’s license is required
