As Specialist, Project Planning, reporting to the Manager CRM, you will drive strategic planning and prioritization of engagement initiatives across all three brands.
You will manage the multi‑brand customer engagement calendar, ensuring campaigns are insight‑driven, aligned to commercial priorities, and deliver measurable impact on engagement, retention, and revenue. This role is key for cross‑brand alignment, learning, and optimization.
