The Specialist, Labour Relations supports the execution of labour relations strategies in partnership with the LR Managers, as well as the implementation of Company policies, programs, and procedures.
Embrace a collaborative hybrid role! As a Labour Relations Specialist, you’ll spend 3 days a week in‑office or in‑store, actively engaging with our teams. We welcome applications from individuals located in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina or at our Brampton, Ontario Head Office. To ensure effective partnership and hands‑on support, regular travel to various store locations will be a key component of this position.
