What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Proactively identify and prioritize potential sources of cybersecurity risk, providing recommendations for mitigation
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and TIS Operation teams to assess cybersecurity capabilities while maintaining business priorities
• Develop, enhance, document, and communicate cybersecurity best practices and standards
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to TIS operational teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation
• Coordinate and perform senior technical duties as required

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Degree/diploma in Information Systems, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience in IT roles, focusing on Security, Operations, Architecture, Development, Integration, and Design
• Strong knowledge of IT and OT systems, including security appliances and application architectures
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, technical writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
