  • Provide enterprise-wide functional support for asset management systems, processes, and reporting tools, including root cause analysis and upgrades
  • Maintain accurate documentation and facilitate multi-functional collaboration for asset management systems and processes
  • Lead or support sustainment activities including incident and problem management, user support, and system enhancement testing
  • Support complex changes including projects, complex enhancements, and M&A activities
  • Communicate and elevate issues to leadership in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 8+ years of experience in Asset Management, Data Governance, or System support
  • Related university degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business
  • Solid understanding of asset management principles, frameworks (e.g., ISO 55000), and lifecycle practices
  • Proficiency in enterprise systems such as Maximo, Copperleaf, and related reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and troubleshoot data and system issues
