• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Chef de Partie in comparable kitchens.
• Demonstrated passion for cuisine and guest experience.
• Experience managing in a unionized environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations for Fairmont Empress.
• Design menus reflecting the Fairmont Empress’ culinary position.
• Lead day-to-day operations of various kitchens.
