A leading Canadian organization is seeking a Solution Specialist I to support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and Windows Server environments. This hybrid role requires 6–7 years of experience, particularly in cloud services and system administration. We are currently hiring a Solution Specialist I based in our Head Office. This is a hybrid role based out of Burnaby, BC Head Office (3 Days On Site / 2 Days Remote). Applicants who are not located within commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.
The salary range for this position is $88,530.00 to $110,662.44 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
As a Solution Specialist I, you’ll provide consulting, technical planning, and system administration to support BCAA’s business and infrastructure systems. You’ll deliver second-level and occasional third-level administration, help design and maintain system architecture, and ensure operational excellence. You’ll also play a key role in troubleshooting, coaching junior staff, and contributing to project success. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise in infrastructure solutions while supporting mission-critical systems that serve our members and employees.
